We went for supper on a weekday, when we knew it would be a little quiet. Everything we ate was wonderful, starting with the complementary appetizer. I'd particularly recommend the meatballs.

La Bodega has gone downhill. Our server says a new owner took it over a while back and you can see and feel the difference. First, it's shabby. We were seated at a booth with peeling and cracked upholstery sticking into our legs. Second, the...More

Went to la bodega for supper on New Years and was surprised by how terrible the main course was. I had the steak frites and had to send it back because it tasted like a charcoal briquette (and I have almost never sent anything back...More

Thank you for your review. While I'm sorry that your experience wasn't up to our usual standard, I can't imagine under what circumstances you could have no one check on your meal and yet had your food sent back. As I was there that night...More

I always enjoy an evening out at La Bodega. It's just a really lovely relaxed atmosphere. I wish the tables weren't quite so close together, but I'm willing to overlook it because there are so many other great elements present here. We always receive a...More

We recently went to La Bodega with a few friends. The food was very tasty; great variety; size of portions were perfect. And it was priced right! Didn't feel 'ripped off' when we left. It was good.

We recently returned to La Bodega and were happy to see that tapas had returned to the menu but disappointed to see that half price wines had left the menu. We joined a large group and shared a few small plates. I was excited to...More

The food was great, tapas to cubes of beef brought to the table on a sword! What a range. The wine selection met my group's need as did the service, which was friendly and attentive. We went in early November, which happened to be a...More

Have gone here quite a few time. I always enjoy the food and the atmosphere. It is easy to find. However, parking can sometimes be a problem. Have tried many different things on the menu and have enjoyed most of the dishes.
