Come for the setting, but not for the food. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor courtyard overlooking the charming Rue du Petit Champlain. Our fav course were the appetizers: the garlicky feta and tomato appetizers, cheese fondu, and the fabulous bread. My rabbit in puff...More

Le Lapin Saute is a fantastic restaurant that serves authentic countryside French cuisine. I had the rabbit & duck cassoulet, which was flat out fantastic, along with a glass of Quebec grown wine (which was good, but not world class). My wife had a specialty...More

Probably one of the prettiest streets in lower town Quebec City. Food was expertly prepared and the service was excellent. Well run, and not too touristy, given the location.

Also great service, very good food, nice to sit on a patio watching the world (mostly tourists, actually) wander back and forth.

We kind of happened up on this restaurant by accident, but ended up having a wonderful meal in a very quaint setting. The duck and rabbit duet was AMAZING! Our server was super-helpful and made our visit worth remembering.

My husband is a vegetarian. He loves vegetables, cheese ect - but no meat. We would like to come for our anniversary in July. Does Le Lapin Saute have vegetarian dinner meal options?

Hi! We don't cook with that oil. But just to be safe, please mention your condition at your waiter and bring your Epipen (even if we have one at our restaurant) Best regards, Karine B.Poulin Restos Plaisirs
