We were looking at the restaurant when a lady in the street told us it was a super Ramen restaurant. When we came in the waitress was so friendly she let us taste different saké's she gave a special tea her own recipe. We had delicious food and when we wanted to tip her extra she refused, she said she... More

This ramen is the best I've had outside of Japan. I tried both the Shoyu and Miso and both were well made and exactly what you'd expect them to be. The miso broth in particular was one of the better miso broths I've had. I'd personally prefer the eggs to have slightly less cooked yolks and brined a little longer... More

It was good, but a little disappointing. The ramen broth was not as aromatic as I was expecting. I would even go as far as saying I prefer a good quality package of instant ramen. The appetizers were better. We had the fried chicken, tuna accras, and the dumplings (pork and shrimp). The accras and dumplings were pretty good, the... More

Went there two times so far and each time we are a great experience. The food seems to be of quality, taste is superb, portions are adequate... I recommend you try this place, chances are you will like it if the menu suits your tastes. I fell in love with the kimchi ramen, one of the best ramen I tried... More

A small and nice restaurant, the Tora-Ya ramen serves japanese food, mainly ramen. Ramen-ya or ramen restaurant is usually fast, that is not the case of Tora-Ya. Apart from this situation (I believe they can fix it!!), the dishes are very good, with nice presentation and tasteful.

With a new owner comes a wind of brilliance on every level. I recommend the fried chicken Kara Age served with a creamy spiced dipping sauce and textbook Gyoza with a sublime vinegar soy drizzle. I consider myself a Ramen groupie and those who've followed my Instagram #montecarlomonaco know I blog frequently about this delicacy. Nothing is too much trouble... More
