It was very close to downtown attraction , the room had a view of lake , I liked the restaurant and bar and people there also very sociable and respectable made it a memorable travel for me .

We used to go there once a week until the chef was replaced... and then everything went downhill. The service is excellent, the staff amazing. The new chef changed lots of things on the menu and starting using spices that are not part of French cuisine. Lots of cardamon, curry and cumin. It's a shame.

Went 3 times last year. Great food every time, fresh ingredients. Absolutely fantastic. French basics, quality plates, nothing too fancy. Forget american portions and lazy seasonning. Buttery purées, tasty, tender meats, great tartares, and a crème brulée to die for. Need I say more?

Still the best place to hang out on the plateau... Diane's counter, Alains' wine, Laurents' savoir faire... They are part of the reason Plateau Mont Royal is still among the top places to enjoy yourself....

Nice restaurant, good wine list, good menu. But... We went there at 08:00 pm. First course served at 09:00pm. Main course served at 10:30pm ! It looks like the duck was long, very long to cook (to catch, perhaps ?!). In our plate, a correct dish, but nothing special. Waiter was nice. And around us, it was as long on... More

I visited this restaurant a couple weeks ago and the horrible experience still haunts me. We showed up at 915 for our 9:30 reservation and were told our table would be ready in 10 minutes. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half just to be seated!!! The worst part is every time we asked how much longer... More

When we first walked in, I thought it was going to be too noisy, however we were seated on the other side and it was significantly quieter. The food and service was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I guess this is an alright place if dining out for you is about being in a loud place in a trendy part of town and you don't really pay much attention to your food or the way it is served to you. The food is nothing special; I had rabbit, and nothing is worse than overcooked rabbit in some... More
