I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I have to make an exception this time. WARNING Many of the dishes have shrimp in it even though it does not say it on the menu. I can't eat seafood and when I received my pork...More

We chance upon this place after asking the locals of where to eat upon passing by the Chinatown. Quite large eating area and you pick your choice of dim sim from pushing cart. We try their roasted pork which the skin is so crispy and...More

Huge very popular spot. Food was good. I've had better Dim Sum especially in NYC, but this was pretty good. All the dumplings we sampled were good as were the BBQ pork buns. Service was good, some servers were more friendly than others. The linens...More

Many Asians are having a quick and inexpensive lunch here. Chinese tea ( dim sum) is served with a few girls pushing carts filled with delicacies. They are charged by the plate. Sometimes you have to flag them down so they pass in front of...More

This is a very old traditional Chinese restaurant in Montreal Chinese. We have brunch on a cold day. The dim-sum were not very good, and the service was below average. Only the BBQ pork was good. They offer free coffee in the dim-sum table.

Bakeries, markets, restaurants, and buffets crowd the
brightly graffitied streets of Chinatown, the city's
aromatic destination for pan-Asian cuisine.
Distinguished at its entry points by towering
vermillion paifang gates, the compact neighbourhood
acts as a focal point for the Chinese community,
hectic with educational facilities, cultural centres,
acupuncturists, and foreign-language newspapers.

Usually causal. Not unless if you are invited to a banquet of some sort like a wedding, birthday etc., then it should be formal.
