I had the pleasure of having dinner at Campari Centro back in December. Myself and a few others were first time eaters there, looking for a spot to celebrate the completion of a long-standing, gruelling project at work. Right from the getgo, we knew shortly after entering that our evening would be a memorable one. Campari Centro's polished rustic decor... More

Four of us from New York, U.S. A. went for our 45th anniversary dinner. It was one of the best meals we have had in any Italian restaurants. Veal Scaloppini al limone was excellent and tender as well as the gnoccci with porchini mushrooms and the baked salmon was cooked perfectly. Friendly staff was ready to attend to our every... More

One of my friends made a reservation at this place, and we were quite pleased with the experience. The owner was a conscientious host, and enjoyed speaking with us. We ordered some appetizers to share (I'm always a sucker for buffalo mozzarella) and I really enjoyed the risotto ai porcini. The wine selection was good, as well.

Absolutely delicious food in a cozy and comfortable setting. The owner (or at least I think he was the owner) is a very congenial and friendly guy....a real class act. And the food mirrors his personality. Gnocchi dances on the plate and the homemade tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms is a friendly, hearty dish, reminiscent of similar dishes we had in... More

This a nice trendy place to go with family. The restaurant has a nice ambiance despite the size of (which is relatively large). The pizza is a must to try. Calamari is good but not exceptional. Fantastic salad. Good beer selection.

Good Afternoon. I thank you for the review that was made for the restaurant but unfortunately my restaurant il Campari Centro is in downtown Montreal and we do not serve pizza. The restaurant you wrote the review for is in Boston. My restaurant is in Cherry Wood and stain Glass décor. More

My friend and I had a five star experience here! Everything was excellent: food, drinks, service and ambiance! It was fantastic! Staff even walked us out with umbrellas to catch a cab. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant and will definitely return when in Montreal!

Very good food and friendly service. One of the absolute best Italian restaurants I've been to including many in Italy. Especially the home made pasta is worth mentioning. Highly recommended!

A wonderful evening with a long time friend from Pittsburgh who adores authentic Italian food. As a starter I had the tastiest tuna tartar and my friend had homemade meat balls which were recommended by the waiter made with 100% milk fed veal, she actually polished the sauce off her plate with the warm homemade focaccia that was served to... Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
