The Snowdon Deli was an institution on Decarie and Isabella. It is still there, but only in spirit That's about all I can say that's the same as the old days. Now the food is just so so, the prices are bordering on insulting, but...More

Snowdon Deli is a Montreal landmark! Delicious food and great waitresses! From the daily homemade soups, to the chopped liver, chopped whitefish salad, fresh salads, and delicious deli meats, there is something for everyone. The french fries are hand cut and SO good. The corned...More

You can do traditional breakfast, lunch etc with a special ambiance. Hot smoked meat (lean) with fries is a standard, but try anything that you think interesting. A local experience.

This place is still an authentic Jewish deli. For brunch we had the Montreal smoked meat Beni, and the spinach Beni, with hot latkes. To die for ... and I'm not even Jewish. The place is clean, quirky, and not at all pretentious. Loved it.

I never thought of this spot for breakfast, but it works. Not crowded which is a plus. Blintzes. Lox. Bagels. Herring. Eggs. Great coffee. Makes sense to me!

There are better delis in Montreal or at least better known ones but this is a good place that won't be as busy on a Saturday morning. Worth checking out.

Fantastic smoked meat sandwiches and fries. Great for take out as well with delicious soups. I love their cheese blinz and cheese bagels as well. I've been going there for years!

We called ahead and up our smoke meat sandwiches. They only started making them when we got there so glad it was not busy hot still. They must have gotten burned on some take out pick up orders. You are guaranteed it is hot. I...More

We love a good old-school deli, and the Snowdon Deli doesn't disappoint. Two perfect bowls of matzah ball soup got us started, followed by a superb smoked meat sandwich, and a delicious toasted Montreal bagel with lox and cream cheese. Perfect fuel for our long...More
