Our go-to for fast food burgers. Perfect hand cut fries also. They can almost hold their own with high-end gourmet burger joints.

Visited thismlocation about a month ago and was a huge fan of their hamburgers. Lots of flavour and the portion is large. Fries are plentiful and good though not the best I have ever had. Based on my early experience 5 guys vaults to the top of the list as far as hamburger chains go.

We had such a fantastic meal the first time, we went back 2 more times during our stay in Montreal. Burgers are tasty. My family loved the Grilled Cheese sandwich. I also tried their dog. All were good, fresh and tasty. The fries were fantastic, crispy and plentiful. There was no shortage of condiments for on them. Our real reason... More

Don't forget to bring your earbuds ! Went there for a lunch with old friends / colleagues and the music loudness was really unpleasant. Don't expect to have a conversation unless you are willing to yell, for real. Burger was awesome as usual and we had two french fries for a group of five and we had enough :)

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
