While I love St.Hubert, the Poutine on this day was not up to Quebec standards. The gravy had a different taste unlike the traditional hockey rink poutine you get. The prices, as well, were steep. Our server, Gabrielle, did a good job though and made it better.

We arrived in Montreal around 6pm after a long drive and were looking for somewhere close to the hotel to have dinner at. We walked past this place and decided to stop in. We were seated at table next to the windows which was nice that we had a view. Both the food and drinks were good, nothing special just... More

We went last Saturday to Rotisserie Saint Hubert. We ordered from The Table d'Hote menu. Between the both of us, we ordered chicken noodle soup, chicken wings, chicken leg with mashed potatoes, Sriracha chicken breast with fries and of course the unlimited creamy coleslaw. Everything was really good and tasty. The Sriracha chicken was big and spicy which I really... More

This is comfort food for quebecquers. I went alone a tuesday evening in November, it wasn't very busy. Good quality food, nothing fancy, clean, nice, quiet lounge music and a small but good selection of beers.

When they say they cook their chicken for three hours, we didn't think we'd wait that long! People seated at the same time as us finished and left before we got our meal. Server was not apologetic, just avoided us. Food was just average. Price OK. But service was ridiculous.

This was our first experience of St Hubert, which we subsequently realised was a chain of fast-ish food restaurants in Canada. Overall, not a bad experience: the food was OK, portions were sufficiently large to satisfy all, the kids in particular enjoyed the desserts, which were too big to finish. The set menus offer good value and variety for different... More

Went to the St Hubert during the Just for a Laugh festival, and luckily got a great window seat to watch the crowds. All you can eat coleslaw offered with every meal -- either vinegar or mayonnaise. My husband had the roasted chicken, and I had the chicken pot pie. No this is not a five star restaurant.... and not... More

Visited on 6 June 2016 as part of a stopover in Montreal. I had chicken, rice and salad which was the most bland tasteless plate of food I have ever experienced. My partner had a salad which was limp and equally tasteless. Our neighbours on the next table asked me to taste a rice dish they had been served which... More

We stopped in at St Hubert on Sainte Catherine in Montreal after some shopping to find a tie for the wedding we were attending this past May long weekend. We had found a tie at RW & Co and were hungry before getting ready for the wedding and St Hubert is always a good choice. The interior is impressive, I... More

We been looking for reasonably priced Resturant near the fine art museum and found St Hubert one is very well located and nicely priced. The food is similar to Swiss chalet. The service was very good . We tried the hummus as a starter and I really recommend it . Overall very satisfied with the food and services for street... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theatres, and exhibition centres are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
