My wife and I saved this terrific restaurant for our last dinner during our 4 night stay in Montréal. While we had great experiences at our prior 3 dinners at Montréal Plaza, Tiradito and Damas, the food at Bouillon Bilk was simply in a class...More

Book a table in advance for lunch. The interior is simple but elegant. The food was good but not great. May be heard too many good comments from my friend in town so my expectation was a bit higher than usual. The service was excellent.

Business casual dress, but don't be fooled, it was fine dining food and wine recommended by the restaurant's sommelier! We had halibut, scallops and eggplant, and the eggplant surprisingly was my favorite!

Great food and wonderful decor and staff always good (especially those greeting you at the door) and my server was superb. Made several requests of the owner but ignored.

I didn't see any kids the evening we were there, and it's definitely not a hot-dog-and-chicken-fingers kind of establishment. However, if the kids have fine-dining experience, are well-behaved and not super-picky eaters, I... More

Not many. But they offered a couple of the menu items for a vegetarian in our group last time I went. I would call ahead so they know and can prep. I believe he choose an truffled mushroom pasta.
