We stopped here for lunch before heading to the airport. We agreed that the Caesar salad and calamari appetizer we shared were quite good. I had Cosenza pizza which I thought was excellent, the egg on it was a very nice touch. The service was good. I would stop again if I was on Drummond St and was hungry for... More

I used to work at 1250 Rene Levesque and this was our teams go to lunch spot for pizza. While there is nothing exceptional about this place, it is just good and we kept going back, always satisfied. No one was ever disappointed. I was debating rating this restaurant a 4 but because of my frequent satisfaction and revisits I... More

I was a little hesitant to eat at this place, since the reviews on Yelp weren't great. But, it was my colleague's suggestion (she works in the area) and so we went for it. My husband and I split a pizza - I don't even remember which one - and it was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be returning here... More

Great location - very trendy pizza place with a lot of class. Good wine list and sides. The Parma pizza is particiculary neat and tasty with arugula in the middle. Very friendly atmosphere - a real presence. +++ in Montreal

This was hands down one of the worst meals we have ever eaten. I ordered a grilled calamari salad, I got a whole head of romaine lettuce with three boiled soggy and definitely NOT grilled calamari. I am sure they forgot the dressing altogether, it was awful......bland, boring and actually a bit gross. My husband had the pizza, soggy crust... More

Pizza Torino with black truffle slices is absolutely wonderful. Went twice! Conveniently located but a little off the highstreets, it is not too busy. A great place to relax with family or friends.

Average all the way around. Don't know how I'm gonna fill 100 characters. Had pizza and calamari. Draft beer was very expensive. Service was pleasant.

Arrived late at my hotel and was starving but didn't want to eat in the hotel bar. The bartender said there was a good pizza/pasta place right around the corner so I ventured out. I arrived at 8:45 pm when I was told they closed at 9:00. The only service person there, Alex, was very nice, personable and accommodating. She... More

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
