This was our first stop in Old Montreal as we explored on a sunny Sunday. The line snaked out the door and around the corner, but moved quickly. There are no advance reservations or waitlist kept, simply wait patiently for your turn. If desperate for...More

I had the Cuban sandwich which was really delicious. The bread is outstanding and had the right softness and crunch and it was piping hot. You can order a large bag of chips for the table and they put it in a basket for you....More

Good food, but a gamble with service. A serious and constructive note for management: One condescending employee made my entire experience bitter. While waiting for our table, I decided to grab my coffee first from the small take-out bar at the front. I ordered a...More

Fantastic service and food! Ate here several times over the course of a week because we rented an apartment less than a block away. Tried the chia bowl, yogurt fruit granola bowl, egg on your face, grilled cheese and pizza pocket. Everything we tried was...More

The restaurant was recommended by a salesgirl in a shop on Rue St. Paul, in the heart of Old Montreal, as a place where she, and other locals, go for lunch. The food is fresh, creative, varied and well priced, and the ambience fun and...More

I went here twice during my stay in Montreal. There were just too many things that I wanted to try. The wait can be kind of long, especially on the weekend. If you're hungry, they have delicious baked goods you can purchase to enjoy while...More

We had lunch this weekend at Olive & Gourmando. Although somewhat taken aback by the line, we gave our name and cell phone number and joined the throng on the street. Luckily we met old friends who had just eat there and we happily chatted...More

I didn't get anything too crazy - just a grilled cheese and soup - but it was very good. Service was fast and friendly especially considering how busy it was... I went at 3pm and it was a 20 minute wait for a table for...More

The historic centre of Montreal, Vieux-Port is home to
some of the city's most antiquated buildings and

celebrated part of the city that explodes into
fireworks displays on warm summer nights. At its

Are you open for Sunday brunch? If answer is no, can anyone give lunch/brunch suggestions for a location near the Cirque du Soleil in the Old Port? In 2016 the Cirque was at 145 de la Commune Est. Do not know their location for 2017.

Yes, olive y gourmando is open for brunch. There aren't many tables. I ate at a bar facing the windows. Be prepared to wait for a seat on Sunday's. The food is worth the wait!

I would assume you are referring to Montreal City Hall which is in the old city....this restaurant is about a 15 minute leisurely walk west on Rue St. Paul Ouest. Enjoy. Andres

We will be arriving next week via train to stay with you for the weekend for my daughters birthday. How far from the train station are you, approximately how much is a cab ride from the station to the hotel?

As you have read, it is not a hotel. It is a lovely restaurant in Old Montreal. So it is accessible from various hotels in Old Montreal or anywhere by taxi.
