This restaurant is 'yummy'. The fish is fresh and doesn't taste fishy, rather everything just melts in your mouth. Well worth the extra money you will spend for a unique experience for your taste buds!!

This is an outstanding new Japanese restaurant, with innovative cuisine and complex combinations. There is something here for everyone, from traditional favourites to new items you have never experienced before. Some service errors, but it was very full, to be expected. Recommended.

Not inside a hotel but the ground level of an office building. I don't think they have valet service at Miku.

Aburi Restaurant's first East Coast flagship is situated in Toronto's harbourfront at Bay and Queens Quay. With over 7000 square feet of dining space, a raw bar, sushi bar, and spacious patio, Miku Toronto brings contemporary upscale dining and design to the Southern Financial District. Expanding east from roots in Vancouver, Aburi Restaurants and Miku Vancouver are known both locally and internationally for the innovative concept of Aburi Sushi. Corporate Executive Chef Kazuya Matsuoka brings Aburi Cuisine to Toronto by combining traditional Japanese flavours and techniques with local, East Coast elements to create a truly unique dining experience. Miku Toronto's menu focuses on Aburi Sushi as well as fresh seafood, respecting the natural flavours of the ingredients while adding a signature Aburi twist. Japanese and European inspired desserts made in house by our pastry team create the perfect ending to the culinary experience. The restaurant also hosts an extensive wine, sake, and cocktail list to pair with all dining occasions. The first of Aburi Restaurants' East Coast locations, we can expect more to follow in the coming years.
