The restaurant was great. The hostess was friendly and very inviting. The server was really professional and knew what we wanted. As this was our first time, we explained what kind of foot we liked and presto the food was right in front of us. The food and atmosphere was great! I'll be going back for their 3 course meal!!!

We dropped in for an early Sunday supper. The setting is pleasant and the service attentive, although there were only 2 parties. Our salads, Caprese (sans basil) and Ceasar were fine but rhe main courses included what was suppose to be pan fried Chicken (1 Margherita, 1 Parmigiana) were pre baked and tough and the mozzarella a flavorless chunk of... Excellent food. By far the best meal we had during our stay in Toronto. Walked past it in search of something that would be nice but not an evening event as we were already heading to a venue. To our surprise the service was excellent, food great value for the price where they offered a three course for $25.00. Their... More

We popped in during the TIFF festival & ended up with a table out on the street as the roads were closed due to festival. We go to wine and dine and watch the world go by. There was special deal on the menu, 3 courses for $25, A choice between 2 starter/main/desert. We would of given a slightly better... More

We had dinner at Forget About It Supper Club last week and it was outstanding. We had Bruschetta, Shrimp Cocktail, and Beef Carpaccio to start and then we had Seafood Linguini, Veal Scallopini, Chicken Margherita and Surf & Turf, all the food were excellent. Excellent service, Rahul is brilliant waiter with professional manner. The hostess is so sweet greeted us... More

On a recent walk through this beautiful part of downtown, it was a warm, breezy summer evening, perfection really! Nobody wanted to eat inside but since it was just before a Jays game, all the outside terrace tables were occupied, understandably. We finally found one at Forget About It, right across from the Hyatt Regency, and the opportunity to people-watch... More

Took a chance as this was not our first choice. Pleasantly surprised that the food was to our taste and liking despite the so-so atmosphere and decor. Service was excellent, fast and appreciated since we did not have much time before theatre time.

Ate here pre-theatre on a Saturday evening. The food was quite excellent. Portions were a little small. We did the prix-fixe menu, salad was good entrees were excellent. Dessert selection could have been better. Service was a little spotty, but not bad.

For $25 you get salad or soup, a main and dessert. For the price the food here is great, the staff were great. For how busy the place is food was hot and prepared with care. I would return without hesitation.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
