Love this place! Great menu with creative pub food. Watch sports inside or sit on the large patio. When the patio is really busy in the summer they sometimes are understaffed and I've had to wait a while to get seated, order etc. But the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Live bands on weekends, St Pattys, etc this place... More

Went there this weekend for breakfast, the food was pretty good but our waitress got busy and didn't do her food check. which would have been nice because we actually needed a refill on coffee, juice and more ketchup. I expressed my annoyance when she came on by and they completely wonderfully remedied the situation perfectly. They now have life... More

Good service. Got our seats quickly on busy night. Had a great time with friends. Good vibe. Warm night after a CFL game. Had a couple cold cheap pints. The food is average, it works.

It was easy to feel right at home at the Foggy Dew pub. We ordered some pints and an order of Poutine (with pulled pork) and enjoyed all of that. We were so full that we only ordered one dinner entree (a Shepherd's Pie) to split between two of us. The Shepherd's Pie was fairly routine comfort food but we... More

It seems they changed ownership. The beer selection is now very limited, few brands and none of the imported premium beers, bottled nor draft. The food was average before and now got worse. Not returning.

During a recent trip to Toronto we stopped by this pub after a thrilling bottom of the 9th win by the Jays. The place wasn't overly busy, but there were a couple larger groups ahead of us. It was slow to get service as they seemed a bit understaffed. Luckily for us, we weren't in much of a rush so... More

OK - how many more Irish pubs do we really need??? They have all of the cliches that make it Irish, a nice variety of beers both bottled & on tap, bad music, and the typical food, .e.g. Pot pie (really?), wings (is this really Irish?), and of course the really defining benchmark of an Irish bar: Chicken Enchilada!!! If... More

We unexpectedly stumbled into The Foggy Dew's 15th Anniversary Celebration and had a great time there. There was a live band, hors d'oeuvres, prizes & cake! Great selection beer on tap and very good pub grub!

We split a pound of wings and fries. Fresh cut fries, wings were fantastic. The staff was excellent. Clean, attractive pub environment. I highly recommend.

Great Kind West pub with friendly regulars. Good staff with a fun sense of humour who don't take thing stoo seriously. They moved from serving imperial pints (20oz) to american pints (16oz) and didn't adjust the prices so stick with any import or brand that makes them serve in a branded glass which are always 20oz.

Staying in Queen Street and West Queen West

Neighbourhood Profile
Queen Street and West Queen West
Known as the Art & Design District, West Queen West is one of the most energetic and dynamic of Toronto's neighborhoods. Along with its great modernist museums, clubs, and restaurants, it's home to some of the funkiest specialty shops, ranging from clothing to stationary to collectables, and caters to niche and vintage shoppers of all kinds. That makes it a mecca for creatives, including hobbyists designers, writers, and painters. With ink on their hands and fabric pelts in their bags, visitors to Queen Street traverse the avant-garde blend of historic architecture and ultra-contemporary fare.
