This restaurant is always busy so you should make a reservation to be on the safe side. They have a wide range of food choices and good size portions at very reasonable prices. It is well suited for a group if you have a special celebration.

Remezzo is a place that my family and I go often, and went again last night. We got there at 7:10 and was seated. My husband had the sole, (which he always has), my daughter had the New York steak and I had the peppercorn steak (like always) and a Carbonara to go. At 7:45, our waitress advised us that... More

Although the place was packed we got seated right away. We had two different pizzas for dinner and they both extremely good. Despite being very busy, our waitress did an outstanding job. She was very cheerful and friendly plus provided prompt service. This is a great neighbourhood restaurant and the prices are very reasonable.

I couldn't believe that we had amazing Veal Parmagiana for about $16 a person and it was delicious! The menu is more than Italian but I suspect that is what is best. One of our party had the peppercorn steak and he thought it was comparable to steak house quality so maybe it 's worth venturing out of the Italian... More

This was our first but certainly not last visit to Remezzo's. Four of us were first time customers and it was 6:00pm on a Saturday night. It was busy but the service was excellent and the food was perfect. The price was more than reasonable. We ordered several appetizers entrees and desserts and everybody agreed with the very high rating.... More

Title pretty much says it. Wheelchair etiquette says you ask first before tucking it under your arm. Don't make up reasons for moving a wheelchair - the restaurant wasn't busy - the table wasn't needed. Server had to be prompted for water and coffee. Didn't leave a tip. Manager said that our Server didn't deserve this. Really ? This place... More

This is an excellent family restaurant. Indeed, four generations of our family have dined here many times over the years and Remezzo’s continues to be our go-to place for most occasions. The food is excellent and the kitchen staff have a special way of preparing vegetables to perfection. The service is consistently good and attentive. John and Paul, the brothers... More

Staying in Scarborough

Neighbourhood Profile
Scarborough
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
