Been here many times, always enjoyed it so it pains me to write a bad review. Two of us arrived for our reservation, my male friend went to the washroom, host asked me if I would like to be seated at our table so I...More

The place has a beautiful ambiance. The staff are very nice. The food is lovely and served with such eloquence. The Caesar salad was perfect...such a different way to replace the crouton with a thin garlic toast that went well. The tenderloin grilled the way...More

We just finished a great dinner at Morton’s. The service was outstanding. Overall the food was great but I think the steaks are a cut below Capital Grill, Prime 112, Maple and Ash. We would definitely go back.

Recently moved to Toronto and walked in at the bar on a Friday night. Impeccable service, friendly staff and a great steak. I had the 12oz NY strip, medium rare, perfectly cooked. Good wine selection by the glass and great espresso for dessert. The cheesecake...More

Well, I'm speechless. I don't think I've written a perfect review before on tripadvisor, but this is it! Some background: My wife surprised me with a birthday dinner here and it was about as perfect an experience as you can get. The service, the food...More

Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its
most stylish high-rise residences and heritage
buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden
arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel
from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of
the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools,
jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill
Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and

I had the same issue once, but re-read the agreement which states: "Membership card does not need to be presented to earn points or redeem rewards. In lieu of the membership card, members may provide the phone number identified in their account registration to earn points at the time of purchase. If Rewards are being redeemed, member will also be required to show valid ID. Only the member to whom the membership card is issued may earn points or redeem Rewards. The member must be paying for the food and beverage to earn points. Membership cards are issued to individuals only, not businesses or other entities or groups. Club points are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable." Most recently, it happened at a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant (Joe's Stone Crab) that has a similar program. The manager explained that anyone could amass tons of rewards just by telling friends to 'use their card'. Their intent is to get people to sign up themselves, not load up individual cards. And they further explained it's for my protection too since anyone that knows my phone number could say "look up my rewards" and I'd be out that money. Someone was just recently fired from the location I visited because of this policy, so it shows how serious all these companies are (not just Landry's). Apparently the server inadvertently added all the rewards to the check, even though the diners paid by 'credit card roulette'. This is where the server picks a card from under a napkin to see who gets to pay the bill. It's like any user agreement, there are rules. Don't make a server or manager lose their livelihood just because you don't want to abide by them.
