This place never disappoint me. The arancini are very good, but what makes the appetizer is the sauce. It tastes like your mamma's Sunday sauce, amazing. And the pizza is always good. I think one of the best in the area, it never disappoints. Also the desserts are very good, especially the homemade tiramisu. I would definitely recommend this place... More

Went there for my birthday on saturday and the service was amazing, Although there was a 30 minute wait for our table, it was worth it. The food is AMAZING and the prices too. Will be back today for some good food. Keep it up

Yes, food amazing great pizza the staff I find friendly when ever I'm there, I know others complain but I think they complain as why I'm writing this. No reservations and that they are rude about. You go with 5-8 people. Forget it you wait forever. And although food is great and prices are great it's not worth the crowded... More

Came here with family. It was slow in the restaurant. Waitress greeted us at the front while chewing bread. She sat us and did not smile once. I've been in the industry for years and I've never treated a guest with such a poor attitude. She was an older lady with dark hair. I will never return here based on... More

We stopped here for lunch. They do not have a lunch menu. The restaurant is not particularly impressive with wooden tables and chairs with no table covers. We had the Gnocchi al Pompodoro and the Penne alla Vodka. Both were reasonably good but the Penne had pieces of hard, chewy and almost inedible bacon. The service was good.

If you are looking for a really good Italian restaurant in Toronto, I recommend Marcello's. I am not Italian so im not just saying so. The food is soooo good. They give you bread as a starter and then you get your food about 5-10 minutes later or earlier. They give you the right amount, most of the time when... More

Marcello's is a hidden gem squeezed into a charming and cosy spot right at the intersection of Dufferin and St Clair. The pizzas are thin crust and sauce is fresh and tasty. They are very flexible with what you put on the pizza and they are not greasy or overly cheesy. The chicken is especially excellent. The portion sizes are... More

We almost passed it but we were so happy that we didn't. Great service and amazing pizza and pasta. Fire oven made. Great crust and so many toppings. A couple of tables out front but lots of room inside.

First time we went... Was great...2nd time OK...3RD Time....never again...place is OK... doesn't take reservations(an indication of the lack of quality places to go at that intersection)...lousy access.... limited parking.... Area is rough at best...if your looking for dispensaries, you're in luck... Staff is hot and cold... Bizarre attitudes. Oh well, when you're the only decent Italian place around, you... More

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
