Went here while in town to pick up a relative at the airport. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but is nicely decorated in Japanese decor. Waitress were very friendly and attentive, the menu was fairly extensive but not overwhelming and the sushi was...More
Visited Sushi Ya last night - excellent service. Salmon skin rolls, dynamite rolls and spicy tuna were fabulous. Saki with dinner was a good choice. Will go again the next time I am in Toronto
We love it at Shushi-Ya! The selection of sushi was large and it all looked and tasted fresh. Prices were decent. Clean! Looking forward to sushi brunch here again!

Great service complimented by excellent Sushi and passable Tempura. But, they lose a star because the red wine was beyond bad, beyond horrid - it was gross.
Staff are friendly here and food was amazing. Delicious and impressive all you can eat food! Treat yourself here it all worth it! Has a variety of choices. Worth going back.
We found this friendly busy little restaurant to be surprisingly reasonable and tasty. On the night we happened in it seemed there were a lot of repeat customers. Only wine and beer are served .
Went to this restaurant given the great reviews on trip advisor. We ordered some appetizers and noodles. I found the noodles to be loaded with sauce and very salty. The seafood was ok. However the staff was great and very welcoming.
