My son and I walked all the way from Union Station to this place because I was craving ramen and he was craving a beer. Both of us were very satisfied. He ordered one of the daily specials; it had more complexity and flavour than my soup. Next time I'll be more adventurous. Being close to Ryerson this place has... More

over a year ago but still remember the experience at the counter looking at the Chef in action whist slurrping and sucking alongside the taste buds jumping with Umami ;-)

I've travelled to Japan and have had "the real deal" when it comes to ramen. Kinton is quite comparable. They have many different broth options and flavour combos when it comes to soups. I recommend trying the takoyaki and the karaage to start, they are super tasty. I wish they had a Kinton Ramen location in Ottawa!

Toronto in January is very cold and after walking around there is nothing better than a delicious ramen, but try the belly pork with half an egg is the best. Well Kinton Ramen is a small Japanese restaurant but the food is great, the atmosphere is very Japanese and whenever you enter or leave everyone shouts something in Japanese that... More

We just stopped in for a few drinks and some apps, but this place was really inviting and cozy. Had the tofu nuggets, and they were delicious.

We discovered this place for lunch before heading to the AGO and -- having never tried ramen before -- decided to drop in. We're glad we did. I ordered the Vegetarian Ramen and wife the Goma Salad Ramen and we both shared a tasty meal. When the soup first appeared I thought the clear broth of the soup would be... More

Based on trip advisor reviews we decided to make this our lunch stop after a Sunday visit to the AGO. We arrived about 2 pm and were surprised to see that the place was full with about a fifteen minute waiting time. Sign of a good restaurant. No problem. We were brought in to be seated along a counter looking... More

For whatever the reason I was in the mood for ramen, so while my husband and I were close to Baldwin we went to check this place out. At first I was put off by the crowds and communal seating I saw from the street, but decided to give it a go anyways. Wow, was that ramen awesome! Best I've... More

Loved this place. Had the chicken ramen with corn and sprouts, my companions had the pork, and all of us were happy. Well flavoured broth, meat was tender and delicious. Service was fast and efficient. Portions are large, so come hungry.

Great little restaurant and the hello and goodbyes from the staff are worth the visit by themselves. Great Ramen, the spicy garlic was certainly that. Loved it.
