We managed to pop in here to sample the wares with a friend. Excellent selection of beers and big thank you on helping on selections (we tasted four samplers each; half of them were recommended). The recommended ones were better than my own selections. :)...More

What can I say? This is a GREAT brewery and beer bar, that also happens to serve excellent food and craft cocktails (which I didn't sample). 90% local Ontario beers (some made on site), which are definitely not anything like the Molson Golden of my...More

Great place for a pint. Octopus Fights Back is now my favourite! A little loud, as my wife and I had a difficult time talking. Otherwise, will definitely be back! Try the Korean Short Ribs.... To die for!

We showed up for a couple of drinks and the staff was rude right off the bat, making us feel like we are privileged to be at their place. Then, God forbid, a few friends arrived, and the servers made us feel like we clearly...More

The place is a pub, very nice looking, kinda of small and this makes it a loud place, with good amount of crafted beers, not a lot of variety though. Food is good, ont the best and the service is good, if you want to...More

Good place to go with your mates for a beer drinking session but not for dinner. Too loud and the food is mediocre to say the least.

I had heard good things about this spot so we made reservations. The second floor was nice but the food was so-so. The craft beers were expensive with a limited selection (no radlers/1 cider/no beer descriptions. Service was quite slow.

We chose to the avoid the dark interior of Bar Hop to enjoy the fresh (?) air by sitting on the outdoor bar stools at the counter facing the street. Had a pleasant time observing humanity passing before us. Two pages of draft beer to...More

We called in around lunchtime and had the Chicken Parm special for $12 including fries, great selection of beers on offer, mainly from Ontario but of differing styles. Staff member offered lots of suggestions for our mini beer tour of Toronto

Been here a few times with co-workers during the lunch hour and they have been great experience every time. From friendly staff to great food, Bar Hop does not disappoint. It can get crowded so come early during the lunch hour to get a spot.
