A nice-ish pub. A great selection of craft taps. Food is only so-so. The staff and other patrons are friendly. You'll always find a good conversation if you sit at the bar.

A family group of eight visited at lunch time. The place was almost empty so we were seated quickly. The kids were given crayons and colouring- all good so far. Sadly that’s where the good bits stop. We asked for kids menus and were told...More

I arrived at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon and although there were several guests in the bar/restaurant, it was not very busy. I sat for several minutes waiting to be served and eventually a waitress came over, introduced herself and passed me a menu....More

Great place for spending few hours with friends or even casual business meetings. Lot of options on tap, and snack menu is pretty exhaustive. Will surely be there again.

Unless you like loud noises and sports commentary blaring from every speaker, I'd get to this bar earlier rather than later. I had an excellent cobb salad and a glass of locally brewed wheat beer and enjoyed the occasion.

Had a business meeting/lunch here, food was quite good, what you would expect from a pub. Interesting decor, worth a visit to see the place.

Welcome to the new Loose Moose, featuring a brand new menu and the largest draught beer selection in downtown Toronto. Since pouring our first pint in 1989, a lot has changed at The Loose Moose. And yet, so much has remained the same. Our space is different, but our address isn’t. Our business has grown, but we’re still independent. And now, even with the most draught beers downtown, we’re no beer snobs. Never have been. Never will be. After all, staying true to yourself is how you make new friends - and keep old ones. Anyone who’s stopped by The Loose Moose to unwind after work, watch the game or make a night of it will tell you the same.
