Very nice. Excellent duck liver mousse - good wine selection - salmon a little too cooked but the zucchini linguini was terrific. Blissfully quiet.

Our service was good, food was really good and we sat outside on the patio in the alley. It felt like we were in Europe

Very busy, very big restaurant, but definitely best to make advance reservations. We were in Stratford, ON for theater, so we were glad the waiter asked if we needed to be done in time for the show, and we were. Very varied menu choices, with...More

Ate lunch here prior to going to a show at The Stratford Festival. The restaurant has a great patio nestled between the buildings with umbrellas, heater and an awning if the weather is not great. Food was very good - tried the Fish and Chips...More

Despite the fact that a mix-up occurred in our reservation, the manager on duty accommodated us, proving that "the customer is always right," works well to promote harmony. We were asked to wait a few moments in the tiny bar at the end of the...More

We visited this restaurant prior to a theatre performance. Staff were attentive and friendly. They were very accommodating to my grandson who has a peanut allergy. Our meals were delicious! The soup of the day was spectacular as was the beet salad. Highly recommend both....More

Each year, a group of 18 - 20 people visit Stratford to take in two weekend matinees at the Festival. Last year, for our Saturday evening dinner, we once again chose Keystone Alley, which, as it turns out, was under brand new ownership. A quite...More

We have been coming here for many years and the food was excellent. This year all three meals were overlooked and the 10$ salad was skimpy. Very disappointed.

Keystone Alley, a restaurant we had not tried before, was suggested to us by friends who live in Stratford and with whom we were dining. We found the food to be wonderful, the service both efficient and friendly, and the philosophy of the owners --...More

Our servers were good (we were moved from a poor table near the door inside to a nice table on the patio) - they were friendly and professional. However, the co-ordination in the serving of the food was poor - the appetizers were brought with...More

For three decades The Keystone Alley Café has continually evolved, from its start as a small coffee shop into the popular casual fine dining restaurant that you see today. The Keystone Alley Cafe was named after the well-known Keystone Bakery located on these premises earlier. The 'alley' in the current name describes the area adjacent to the restaurant used for patio dining in the summer months. The Keystone Alley Cafe strives to provide a family style menu of fresh, bold flavoured foods, while supporting locally and sustainably. Over the years, many improvements have been made, including the addition of the "Key'd Inn", a spacious two bedroom suite rental situated above the restaurant.
