Our family stopped in on Easter Weekend spontaneously and had a great lunch meal on the patio. My daughter and I returned last week and were pleased that we had the same experience and great food. We both had the hippie bowl with chicken. It is such a different dish, that it's hard to explain - but get it! Beside... More

It was our first visit to the Keystone Alley restaurant when my husband and I met my sister and her husband for lunch before a performance at the Avon Theatre which is just around the corner. Service was friendly and although the menu was relatively short, there were both light items as well as burgers and fish and chips. One... More

The Keystone Alley has always been a favourite dining destination of mine. I have been a longtime patron and I must admit that I'm thrilled with the changes that have taken place with regards to new ownership. The menu options are creative and unbelievably tasty. I had the pleasure of visiting on one of their famous pierogi nights and was... More

We had dinner last evening at the Keystone and can't say enough about our wonderful experience. A warm greeting, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating waitress, pleasing décor and amazing food. Great portions for all of our choices. We had the Fried Smelt, Roasted Red Beet Salad, Steak and Frites with a side of the Smoked Maple Squash Sauce and a wonderful... More

I've had food at many restaurants. Very seldom do you get a place that tick all the boxes. My visit to Keystone Alley has pleasantly surprised me. The reception was great, the atmosphere was great, the ambience was great. Then came the food. The food was some of the best I ever tasted (and I've had a lot). I spoke... More

Keystone Alley is a must if you are visiting Stratford. The food is phenomenal, service fantastic and restaurant atmosphere is spot on. The new owners have done a wonderful job and clearly put their heart and soul into this place. I'm a huge fan of the hippie bowl and the sticky toffee pudding! My wife and I also stayed in... More

I have been to the Keystone on several occasions since changing ownership and every visit has been amazing. Kim and Anthony are great hosts and they have an amazing staff! Great selection on the menu and everything I've tried has been delicious. Make sure you save room for the best carrot cake you'll ever have! If you're visiting in the... More

Description
For three decades The Keystone Alley Café has continually evolved, from its start as a small coffee shop into the popular casual fine dining restaurant that you see today. The Keystone Alley Cafe was named after the well-known Keystone Bakery located on these premises earlier. The 'alley' in the current name describes the area adjacent to the restaurant used for patio dining in the summer months. The Keystone Alley Cafe strives to provide a family style menu of fresh, bold flavoured foods, while supporting locally and sustainably. Over the years, many improvements have been made, including the addition of the "Key'd Inn", a spacious two bedroom suite rental situated above the restaurant.
