The selection was a bit low at the end of the day. The food was good. It was not busy and there was no line up. It was good to find a place open in evening.

After spending most of the day at the National Art Gallery I stopped here for a quick meal. It was delicious. The staff were cheerful and made a few suggestions as to what I might like to eat.

Great coffee in Tims as always. Love the croissants too that they have for breakfast. Reasonable prices as always.

Every time I get a donut now they just aren't fresh anymore. I hear that they freeze them now and send them to the stores where they are warmed, and it shows too. Quality of Tim Hortons is just not like it use to be. Shameful. There coffee is too expensive you can get cheaper better tasting coffee at MACs... More

I travel the world and drink coffee everywhere. I take the good with the bad. But when macdonalds coffee is better then a national chain. I am shocked. No latte's, no soya milk, just bland tasteless dusty coffee. And the food is sub par. I really believe Sysco supplies them with Solent green and they just keep it warm till... More

If your thinking about trying the new philly cheese sandwich...don't. The meat is mushy, and the bun soggy. It was a terrible experience.

Tim's is renowned for the quality goods, but staff does not focus on order accuracy and lack of communicating with other staff and customers makes it more frustrating than easy and enjoyable. Staff were pleasant and courteous, but little communication and order accuracy will not make a customer happy.

Being weight conscious it is often difficult to find a suitable place for breakfast whilst travelling. Tim Hortons offers just what I needed: a breakfast wrap with a green tea. The wrap gave me sufficient protein nourishment until lunchtime and enable me to avoid the sweet pasties I normally enjoy. However for those slim people there is a very good... More

Been patronizing Tim Horton's in the Ottawa and Toronto areas for 4-5 years now. The morning coffee and egg/cheese/sausage patty breakfast is very tasty....always done to perfection. The staff usually is very well trained and pleasant, and are customer-oriented. The pastries are average or a cut above, but a bit too 'greasy' for the taste of some. Chili Con Carne... More
