this Bridgehead is not at all cozy, but rather cold and uninviting: nothing soft and warm (e.g. easy chairs, carpets, window or wall coverings) to relieve the cold stone interior; too many of the seats were metal stools, totally uncomfortable. The place in general, including the washroom, was on the neglected, poorly maintained side. Drinks (hot chocolate) were not hot;... More

Many locations in downtown Ottawa. They generally have a gluten free option in the form of a muffin or loaf. Great spot to grab a quick breakfast on the run.

I have coffee here often and recommend this place because I find the service and the quality of the products much higher than in other competitors. It does though often get very crowded.

Had the steel cut oats with fruit preserve and a side of yogurt. It was just what I needed to get my day started. Coffee of course was great. Funky place - looked like an old bank or lobby of some sort. There are many of these chain coffee shops around town but they all serve the same equally great... More

Because sometimes all you need is a PB&J to start your day ... #comfortfood Bridgehead is a local Ottawa waterhole (coffeehouse). It has locations all over the city. The Bank & Albert location is a convenient one as it is just beside one of the major transit arteries in the city. They have a number of desserts (cookies, squares) &... More

Hot day, tired, not sure where we were going, needed coffee. Oh look! Spacious, air-conditioned, upmarket coffee shop. Wifi. Seats. Cups of the elixir of life, made from good beans by skilled people. A creative mini-lunch of figs, dates, nuts, and cheese. I'd go here any time.

Ate here this morning. Grabbed a breakfast sandwich. Good sandwich and friend had coffee. Good location and chill vibe.

Scheduled a meeting here while I was in town ... I had a latte made to perfection and a breakfast wrap ... my guest had a tea and raspberry scone. Both of us enjoyed the drinks and snacks and I like the vibe of this place. Servers were friendly and efficient and free wifi.

Usually good, but seen times where tables and floor was not so clean. Note that prices went up recently on foods provided which was disappointing since always bought piece of cake or fresh Quinoa salad there a lot previously.Great idea to provide water to clients too. Thanks! Will still go back since great location and atmosphere

This coffee shop has plenty of seating, that makes is a good choice if you want to meet with a small group. There are plenty of vegetarian and healthy meal options, and you can feel good drinking their coffee known Bridgehead focuses on fairly-traded organic coffee from small farmers.

Thank Stephanie W
