Cozy restaurant upstairs indoor seating. Outdoor patio seating also available. Fitting nautical theme. Parking at front or back of restaurant. Service was fast friendly. Licensed. Worth a visit. Menu available online.

Well, back here we go again. This place is an awesome little place. Their fish & chips are some of the best around and the service is great. This year they started advertising on television and the number of patrons has certainly increased a lot. We talked to several people who were there for the first time and the place... More

We had a "fish and chips" lunch here very recently. The restaurant was about half full when we arrived at about 1:30. Seating is comfortable; but very tight - not sure how pleasant it would be if the place was full. We shared an order of the "crow's nest" of deep fried onion strings to start. It was very good... The place it's self was very cozy very nice. The service was not the best. The quality of the food was much to be desired. We had cod and chips one serving was in bread crumbs the other was battered. there was more batter than fish, which was not fresh. The one with bread crumbs had no flavour and was... More

Our cod was cooked to perfection in its beer batter the home made fries, cole slaw and tar tar sauce perfect. The pickerel according to my... More

We've been looking for a really good fish and chip joint since we moved to Ottawa 7 years ago. We don't need to look any further. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service was fast and the food was great. We had the Crows Nest fried onions as an appetizer (there was lots for the 3 of us) then... More

Came alone for a change to have fish and chips, read the paper and relax.bsuch nice service and excellant fish. As a Maritimer, I enjoy the flaky haddock with just the right of batter, served in a basket with lemon, interesting coleslaw and to die for fries. A decadent way to start the weekend.

Meow! What great fish 'n chips! All 3 of us opted for the Cutlass Haddock. 2 with bread crumb batter and one with beer batter. All were perfect! Complemented by the Crow's Nest fried onions it made for the perfect lunch. The tasteful coffee was so nice to have instead of those stronger to bitter blends you get at some... More

Great little resteraunt with awesome charm, quaint design and fabulous food with generous portions. Both my husband and I loved our food He tried both my gluten free haddock ( which I loved) and his haddock and said they were both amazing.
