Healthy and tasty food in a very relaxed café type setting. The service is almost a bit too relaxed as it is very slow however the food is great quality and generous portions. a nice break from all the nearby chain restaurants.

The interior is looking a little tired and the kitchen is a bit slow but the product is great. If you're looking for tasty dishes and desserts for your vegetarian tastes you will not be disappointed. So relax, don't rush and enjoy the food.

The Goat is most definitely the coolest place to be in Kingston. The atmosphere is comforting and welcome. The food is also amazingly delicious. Kudos.
