Eat here a couple times for lunch every month. The lunch specials are very good and service is good too. I usually order the maki rolls with spicy salmon and tuna. The restaurant is very clean and parking is abundant. Would eat there more frequently but it is a bit expensive.

Love this place! It is by far the best quality sushi that I've tried in the area. It is not an all you can eat place where they cater to quantity over quality. The service is great too.

Restaurant had only one table with diners at popular time and night for dinner. Not a good sign. Placed simple take out order for two people. Told 20 minute wait. Three chefs and three servers working. Three other parties came in after us for take out and all left with their orders before us. Sushi fish was room temperature and... More

I tried this place for the first time today. The restaurant was empty which is not always a good sign. I did takeout. The service was poor. I ordered sushi and maki rolls. The fish had no flavor! I had to add a ton of soy, wasabi and ginger to at least have some flavor. Not what I was expecting... More

If you're tired of the local "all you can eat" Japanese restaurants, I suggest Ichiban! This restaurant is exceptionally clean, friendly and the food is excellent! If you're not familiar with a regular Japanese restaurant, take heed---portions are larger than at the AYCE places. If you're interested in exquisitely prepared food, at competitive prices with excellent service, give Ichiban a... More

My wife and I love sushi. We have been desperately looking for a place in Burlington that has good tasting sushi. To both of us good sushi should be simple, fresh, with minimum amount of rice and served at the right temperature. That is room temperature for majority of sushi rolls and a little warmer for rolls like Unagi that... More

What I enjoy the most about this restaurant is that its not an all you can eat buffet. I can leave feeling satisfied and not overfull. The food is delicious whether its rolls or soup or a dinner plate. The service is excellent!
