So glad to hear you will be back. We'll be sure to have more fresh baked brownies on hand.

I haven't had a bad experience here, ever. Their menu is in-between pub and comfort food, and I'm sure everyone in your party will find something they'll like; I personally recommend their beef dip sandwich and deep fried pickles.

Our first time here and I was really looking forward to it, because steak and kidney pie is hard to find. To be fair, the food was good. We were told as soon as we walked in that yes, we could take a table but...More

Although reservations are not usually necessary, it is always a good idea. It is Murphy's Law that the evening you decided to try the steak and kidney pie, is the same evening we have a full house for the entertainment. I'm happy you at least...More

I organized a group event of 30 women in this Pub. The food was good, we had a great time enjoying the live music. We loved how the band and the restaurant staff cooperated with such a big happy group.

Great pub fare. Cosy space inside. It is located in a plaza so it does not have a lot of charm outside. They often have entertainment. Good time with friends. Various age groups

Hi Ken; just wanted to respond & explain the 1/2 price wings thing. Yes, it is in the menu that there are no extras with the wing special, partly because most who order the special are really here for the wings, & partly because we...More

Cozy "local" serving a wide variety of imported and domestic beers for over 20 years. With our Axminster carpet, dark wood, fireplace and brass fittings, it's easy to see why this place reminds many ex-pat regulars of the pub they left back home. Our menu is a cross-section of Canadian and traditional pub fare, featuring fish and chips, house made pub pies and arguably the best liver and onions in town. We've been a supporter of local and live entertainment for the last 11 years which is on tap most Saturday nights. We are close to Hwy 400 making us the perfect stop-off on your way up to ski & cottage country or on your way home to the city. Our patrons voted us Best Pub in Barrie two years running. Come and judge for yourself.
