While we enjoyed the ambience of the wonderful location for a girls lunch on a cold Winnipeg winter day, the food unfortunately left us all underwhelmed. The salad was expensive for basically just a few greens and flavourless dressing. We likely will not be back.

This place is not horrible and if you have limited options, is probably worth a try. I think my issue with it is that it seems to me to be trying to be upscale without hitting the mark. The prices are up there but the food was just ok. Also, it was "Buck a Shuck" night as oysters on the... More

Met a couple of buddies for pints and lunch, the meals were very good, three guys three different meals, one peasant burger, one steak sandwich, one pulled pork. All three of us were very satisfied with our meals and all plan on returning. The steak sandwich was the winner with the pulled pork the lowest only because the bun needs... More

I am never disappointed when I come here, which is why I chose this as my first place to review on TripAdvisor. From the service to the food, I always leave satisfied. One of my favourite things about this restaurant is how despite the fact the dishes are always interesting and delicious, a lot of it still reminds me of... More

I went to this establishment some time ago as a vegan, with a large group of people. Not seeing anything on the menu, I asked the server if the kitchen could make me something with sauteed mushrooms. When my meal came, my companions were envious. The server said, "The chef didn't think sauteed mushrooms would go with this dish." At... More

We went here after the theater with friends and had a very good meal. There were some interesting choices but we all enjoyed our selections. Our 'knock' is that the place is very very noisy. We were trying to catch up with one another and almost resorted to hand signals to communicate.

Just great! It is my go to place to eat. French bistro food not fussy but all made in house from sausages to pickles! Service is always top notch

Was in Winnipeg for a week and visited multiple times - for lunch, dinner, and late night drinks. My party and I were so impressed with the service and quality of food/beverage that we just kept coming back. We were greeted at the door with coat check very politely. The seasonal menu was presented to us very nicely and the... More

I've been in this place for a couple of times, both of them the experience has been very positive, The menu is a bit eclectic but works fine, the list of wines is not extensive but there are good options at good prices. The atmosphere is good for a chat with friends and the service is good as well. I... More

We each had the peasant burger with greens. Excellent! The mix of cuts they use in the hamburger makes a very tasty mix. The green salad was green even with the dressing on the side-very fresh lettuce. We split the goat cheese cheesecake for desert. Wow was it delicious! Service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
