Sushi was fine, but not nice to see shark fin on the menu. Sharks die a painful death and many places have outlawed this. Won't go back.

If you are looking for a good sushi place near the UBC campus and you don't want the typical small, noisy, crowded venue, try One More Sushi. Located on the second floor of a building in the university village area, you will enjoy a nice, inexpensive meal in a comfortable setting. Staff pay attention to customers and the service is... We ate quickly in a hot and humid room. Good vegetarian courses. Service was fast too. Try the tofu.

This place is always crowded. Located near the University, it offers affordable Japanese food. The sushi and other dishes are all OK but average taste. Usually I either order set boxes here or Nabeyaki ramen dish. Probably better than other options nearby.

Close to the UBC campus, this restaurant probably serves a largely undemanding clientele. Nothing I ate was bad, but nothing was particularly good. The sushi that was part of my Bento box was soggy; the tempura was not exactly crisp. My salmon had almost certainly been frozen. The service was good, however, and the space is pleasant. My friend said... More

This Japanese restaurant is located on the second floor in a building complex close to and paralleling University Boulevard near the main entrance to the University of British Columbia. My spouse and I went there on a Friday afternoon to visit our son and have lunch. It was my son’s suggestion that we go to the restaurant. We arrived during... More

Had lunch there with family. The food is excellent, as is the service. The Bento box was a good solid serving. Others had sashimi and that looked very good. They were large servings. This is located on the UBC campus, reservations are suggested. It is on the second floor of the building, so it is easy to miss where it... More

Fresh sushi, friendly staff and quick service at this nearby-to-UBC restaurant. Great salmon maki, dynamite and California rolls are all excellent.
