My husband and I ate here on our first night on vacation in Vancouver. They have amazing Italian food! I ordered the lasagna and it was absolutely delicious. It's kind of small inside, not very crowded when we went so weren't sure if that meant it wasn't going to be good, but the food was good.

Had been there twice on my own and finally had friends with me this time to confirm the deliciousnous of the food and the wonderful atmosphere with a pianist to boot. My only suggestion would be to offer freshly grated parmesan and not the run-of-the-mill dry stuff in a shaker; nonnas were rolling-over in their graves!

I went here with my wife. We are both fond of great food and gastronomic experience so we decided to visit this italian beauty, on our arrival, although the restaurant was busy, we made a reservation for 7:30 Friday night and we were seated on our ready table as soon as we came in, on top of that it was... We were there for a romantic Dine-Out 3-course menu. We had the impression from the get-go that they wanted to hurry us up to free up the table for other diners. The appetizers were bland, with mushy tomatoes under the Bocconcini in the salad, and soggy vegetables and overcooked rack of lamb for the main courses, although the deserts were... More

The atmosphere at this restaurant is FANTASTIC. The food is excellent quality and great value for money. The owners and managers are super-friendly, always remembering people when they go back! I love taking friends and family to this restaurant.

So bad experience... They couldn't find my confirmed reservation, they "got me a table", once we ordered our food and even open a bottle of wine, they told me that we have 45 minutes to leave because there was another reservation... If you gonna limit your seating time you should advice when arriving... I told the waitress I had a... More

The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is like stepping into the past. Cozy, slightly crowded feel of an old style "Little Italy" eatery, live piano music and attentive waiters all serve to make you feel at home and comfortable. The kitchen happily accommodates any dietary needs, a wide range of menu choices and a decent wine list at... More

My 2 daughters and I were spending the night in Vancouver and looking for a place to have dinner that was walking distance from our hotel. We found this place on Google Maps and so glad we did. We happened to go on a night that had half price pasta...Bonus. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very quaint... More

Wanted to pay with a pre paid visa gift card but we're told they were not accepted. What's up with that. Was not happy with that. Change your policy please.

I wanted to like this place more. The initial vibe was right, but after I was seated the service was just 'meh' and then when my entree arrived and I was offered Parmesan for my pasta, it was in a jar. I would expect that from a take out pizza place, really disappointed.

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
