What more can you say about Grounds For Coffee than they have the best cinnamon buns anywhere in the city (maybe anywhere period). Made fresh every day, hot, gooey and bursting with flavour they melt in your mouth. Simply order with or without icing (or...More

The first time I went here, I had 1 Cinnamon bun with my friend and after 1, we both decided to get a box of 4 each. I ate 5 cinnamon buns in the span of 20 minutes. No regrets. I would definitely do it...More

Around the corner from our rental and recommended by the owners. Had to have the cinnamon whirls which were amazing. Really good coffee too.

Hands down best cinnamon buns I've tried. The place is small and cute, but would probably only pass by to pick up the buns. Apparently they have good coffee, I'm not a coffee lover, so cannot offer any personal advice on that!

Recently re-visited Grounds and was disappointed by the amount of icing. It barely covered the cinnamon bun. The bun itself is amazing, but for the price and the amount they probably make you'd think they could give another teaspoon of the icing!

Such a cute little coffee shop, I wanted to order everything. I settled for the cinnamon bun with cream cheese frosting. As an expert on cinnamon buns I was delighted by how delicious it was. Highly recommended.

This fantastic coffee shop was recommended to us as we holidayed nearby. We went for my birthday breakfast and were not disappointed! The coffee and hot chocolates were very good but the buns were breathtaking! I'm converted - I wish they had a branch near...More

Stopped in for a "snack" and had a meal of cinnamon buns. Warm and soft with amazing frosting. Also had a banana espresso chocolate muffin. The cinnamon buns were the hit though. Definitely worth it. 2 buns and a muffin only $10

West Point Grey is one of the city’s oldest
