So we discovered this place after being put off by the 100 yard Sunday morning queue for the nearbyJam cafe. It was a real find. Bread made fresh on the premises. Ordered muesli which was really good followed by poached eggs on sourdough with tomatoes...More

Met up with friends here and was impressed! Large mugs of really good coffee...lots of fresh baked...cool decor. The chocolate croissant was ace. The price for coffee and bakes is reasonable for Gas Town. Good service too, I’ll be back.

We had a wonderful breakfast here. We ordered the avocado and poached eggs on sourdough toast along with the French toast (comes with strawberries, syrup and butter). There were empty plates all round, great start to our day.

Great avocado, great poached eggs but not on a toasted sourdough! I will need to see my dentist when I get back home as it was so hard. They bake their own bread, great, but don’t use it to serve poached eggs on. Table service...More

I eat at Nelson the Seagull at least once a week - which is high praise because I am fairly fussy but still whim driven when it comes to eating. These guys make their own delicious sourdough bread - that is the backbone of your...More
