This place makes the best chicken and beef wraps I had in Canada. Good job guys. They also serve tasty Turkish coffee. Great place. I recommend to others who love Halaf food.

My wife and I visited this restaurant and had tremendous fish and chips that compared with anything we have had back home in the UK. The fish was fresh and the batter crispy with slim well cooked chips. Came with tomato ketchup, tartar sauce and coleslaw. It was great value at about $14.00 for chips and two pieces of code... This restaurant surprised me a lot! Apparently, it's where the locals go... The service was really good. I've tried the fish n chip and the fish was cooked perfectly. If you're planning to go visit Canada Place and Fly Over Canada this is the place to go eat a lunch before visiting!

We visited the place during our vacation and enjoyed the food im downtown. It's not a fancy restaurant and that's exactly what we were looking for. The price is not expensive and food is tasty.

They located with a nice view on the harbour. I have tried the Sahlab it tastes so good. I have not tried their pastries, but i saw them how they bake the bread, looks so fresh. Its just a small place for quick bit and coffee. It deserves the pass by.

It is HALAL food, located at very nice view of the sea. I order the mixed plate, and the taste is so good. The food is fresh.

Small mom & Pop type of place. Stopped for the fish & chips.. Everything was homemade and cooked to order. Super nice staff too! They even made our iced tea fresh for us. Definitely coming back.

It's a quaint little shop with amazing food, it was a little small for our family to squeeze into though. Presentation of the food needs a little improvement but it makes up for it in taste.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
