Great gathering spot for pre-sporting events. Larger pub with loads of room upstairs and downstairs. Lots of TV screens to view multiple sporting events. Known for their chicken wings. There are 40 flavours to choose from. Something for every taste. Weekday happy hour between 3 - 6pm is free pound of wings with every pint of beer. They offer much... More

A sports bar in the classic sense, good service and comfortable. Stopped in for a night cap and think it would be a great place to hand in on a busy Friday night or after a Canucks game.

The room was rocking! Of course some un bearable heat will come with this. The manager Chad was amazing. So friendly to Everyone. The music was good, and people were definitely taking it off from the heat. We hat a couple appies and everything was fresh. Very close to East Hastings street though... Don't make a wrong turn walking out... More

Went here with a co-worker after work for wings and hockey and it's pretty amazing. Lots of flavours of wings cooked perfectly and big portions too for only $4.50 a pound. The service is average for a place like this and the atmosphere is great for sports. There are TVs in most areas so nobody misses out. Only thing this... More

We tried to get in and they were rude at the door, the service wasn't great but the atmosphere was fun. I would not return.

We visited The Pint for lunch before a local sporting event and the place was packed - predictably. Just as predictable was the fact that this place NEVER staffs it properly for busy times. Not enough servers and not enough staff in the kitchen. We were there for just over an hour and couldn't get more than 2 beers a... More

I went here to watch the Man Utd game last week and came away feeling odd. While the screens were good and plentiful it was an awkward experience. Although I liked my wings it is odd to have the server/bartender eat his burger right in front of you while working his section. I don't know if this is an industry... More

Made reservations for 10 ppl at 7:30pm last weekend for my birthday. My girlfriend and I arrived about 10 minutes before hand to make sure everything was in order. They actually gave my table away as they thought the reservation was for 7pm! After waiting around for a little while they managed to find me another table. No apologizes were... More

I really like the location as it's at the door to chinatown, not far from gastown and just a minute away from the cinema:) pint before or two pints after the screening was my favorite Tuesday routine when living in Vancouver;) tap beer selection is just fine. pitcher is never a bad idea, as its only about 15$. some servers... Big place, lots of TVs, dark wood, vibrant atmosphere. Got here at happy hour...a free pound of wings with each pint of beer. How can you beat that? And there's 40(!) sauces to choose from. The wings were so perfectly prepared, I had to have a second round. Service was very fast, even though the place was very busy on... More

Staying in Gastown

Neighbourhood Profile
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's history a more lively presence here than anywhere else. Having been originally founded around a popular worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of Vancouver's best micro-breweries, creative cocktail joints, and corner bars can be found in this area. Classical charm suffuses its many vintage boutiques and the brick-built structures that an army of creative professionals call home.
