We actually ended up here on a rainy night because our original choice was full. SOOOOO glad that happened. The food here is amazing. Best crust, best pizza I have had in Vancouver. Amazing. The different varieties they offer are great and the space is cozy. There aren't many tables, so you'll most likely sit at the common table in... More

Used to love this pizza. Have been eating it almost since it opened. Recommended it to countless friends and colleagues But they changed the toppings. The funghi in particular So I selected a different veg option. The tomato sauce was bitter. The pizza was soggy. It was very unappetizing. Never need to eat that again. So disappointing.

This spot lives up to its reviews! Fantastic pizza. Unique flavors and great thin crust pizza. We had take out but they have an area outside around back with picnic tables that you can enjoy your pizza and bring your dog with you. We look forward to going back!

If you are looking for awesome vegetarian pizzeria, then look no further. Pizzeria Farina is your place. Although I don't really like to eat vegetables very often, I really enjoyed the pizza at Pizzeria. The Funghi was simply amazing. The pizza had just the right amount of char and the crust was slightly crispy, but chewy. The toppings worked very... More

Pizzeria Farina has excellent pizza and specialty pizza. Great taste you will be thinking about weeks later and crave. But don't go to late for dinner as when they run out of dough they are done for the day. Great price for 2 to eat at.

Hands down the best pizza in Vancouver. Situated next to the Cobalt, south of Chinatown, this pizzeria serves great pizzas on freshly made dough. Prices are around the $15 mark for a pie that will serve two to three depending on appetite. They do rotate their menu which is written on brown paper against the wall, the Quatro Formaghi and... Pizzeria Farina is a small, narrow room near the Cobalt. Nothing much to it -- kitchen, ordering/serving counter, some long and small tables, and a bit of room to stand (quite a bit of take-out business). Our good timing allowed us to nab a couple of spots at a long table. Pizza was superb! More New York style than Neapolitan,... More

The neighbourhood is sketchy .. I told the kids to run from the car to the restaurant but once inside we were impressed by the food, the service, the free soda water on a self serve tap, yes, FREE soda water ON TAP! Take out is a big part of the business but we opted to sit at the communal... More

This has been my 6 th visit to this establishment. I would eat there every day but the line ups to get into this tiny establishment are frequently far too long. The location is dreadfull right on the edge of the seediest part of Vancouvet underneath a raised expressway. It seats less than 50 patrons and you will end up... More

Our home away from home pizza joint like none other! Not much to look at from the outside, but it's simple interior design is perfect. Recycled multi-coloured boards make up the long table with bar stools that runs the length of the small room, seating 12 of us. Small window bar seats (4) at front n a small table or... More

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
