One of many little restaurants along Robson Street. I ordered their shrimp tempura. The price was reasonable and the tempura was cooked to order, but you don't wait long for your food.. My bowl contained 4 large tempura shrimp and 2 pieces of vegetable tempura on white rice. Their menu selection includes a variety of Japanese dishes.

Udon with tempura!!!!!! The best food ever. The place is small, sometimes there is a line to order the food, but they are very efficient. The price is totally fair and the food is enough.

When I work downtown near the Vancouver Public library, I would come here for a take-out lunch. I usually get one of their prepared sushi rolls (California or BC rolls) or their prepared rice bowls (katsu don or mapo tofu with minced pork, along with some gyoza or boneless chicken pieces (depending on availability). Occasionally, when I am in a... More

This is a place for a cheap, quick eat. The curry and fried pork and chicken were good for the price and venue. If you need a quick bite to eat which doesn't hurt your wallet then this place is not bad at all.

They charge for wasabi... The rolls are as small as a 5cents. They win the smallest roll in Vancouver !! I call them super small rolls. Go eat here when you are half full... Yes... The irony!! Their California rolls are super small. I would try other sushi places. Sorry !

Been hearing about this place and finally got the chance to try it out. Small place and quite popular. Try to avoid the rush hours. Food is ready in no time - cooked fresh and oozing with lots of flavour. My fave: #5 Katsudon with egg and green onions.

The Teriyaki Chicken and the Curry Katsu are consistent. Thought the curry sauce is on the thick side. If you like rice balls on the go, they are not bad.

I went in on a cold day for a bowl of soup and wasn't disappointed. The soup was hot and flavorful with lots of goodies in it. I will go back for another visit again.

I had the #05 Katsudon Bowl. It's a rice bowel with fried pork. The bowl was under $10.00 and the food was scrumptious!
