We had 45 minutes to get lunch before our taxi to the airport arrived. We entered and asked what can we get in this time frame. The staff was helpful and excellent and provided suggestions. Our lunch was prompt and the staff was attentive. Will definitely visit on our next trip to Vancouver.

We are in town for last week of July, Festival of Lights, Pride week, etc. Found Lanna Thai and enjoyed the green papaya salad---very authentic and just the right amount of heat and fish sauce. Loved the peanuts sprinkled on top. Curry was great as well. Friends had various versions of Pad Thai and enjoyed all. Very attentive wait staff... More

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch and ordered a few favourites. I ordered Pad Thai with pork because my preferred option of shrimp was not available. I started with some spring rolls but was surprised to find them served with BBQ sauce rather than a traditional plum sauce. My daughter had a coconut curry soup which she liked... More

I have ate here a few times and it was very good. The place is super small so don't let that surprise you when you walk in. The service was very friendly and fast. If you are in the area and you have a small group this would be a great place to go.

We ate here our first night in Vancouver, the staff were friendly and the food very tasty and really economic.

Firstly, this is not an "occasion" restaurant or somewhere you would go with a large group. Lanna Thai is a small restaurant almost next door to our Hotel (Times Square Suites) and we chose it because we simply wanted a quick and relatively inexpensive meal. From the outside we could see it was clean and tidy with the usual photos... More

This small Thai restaurant was very close to our hotel and having arrived in Vancouver from an Alaskan cruise, it seemed a good place to start our dining out at night. Like most Asian restaurants there was not a lot of atmosphere and the lighting did not enhance the dining experience. That said, the starters we had - chicken satay... More

restaurant is very cozy but cramped. Food was below average and very disappointing. Price was far too much for what they provided.

Went here on a Trip Advisor recommendation. 4 out of 5??? Not a chance! Worst Pad Thai I've ever had. I felt very ripped off paying $40 for this terrible food. I'm not sure what everyone else is raving about.... Just don't go..... Just don't.

We went into a liquor store to ask someone to recommend a good Thai restaurant and without hesitation he said Lanna Thai. Well let me tell you that it was a fabulous recommendation. The food was excellent and the server was very friendly. Definitely recommend.
