I don't normally eat fish but shared an assortment of different pieces and ate every piece. Great flavours. Nice ambiance, can be casual during the day or dressier in the evening. Service was excellent. There are great views outside.

Such a disappointment having read the reviews. Everything from the setting to the service and food was worse than mediocre.

Located on the water front, this is the best sushi in Vancouver. Their unique Oshi-style sushi is a must. We had the salmon oshi (along with the tuna tartare and miku roll) and the excellent char of the salmon layered with their ponzu-like specialty sauce...More

We specialize in Aburi, or flamed-seared sushi, which was developed nearly a century ago in Japan. The act of applying fire directly to sushi enhances the natural flavours and textures of the fish, creating a new and exciting culinary experience. Miku owner Seigo Nakamura innovated the Aburi concept by crafting specialty sauces using non-traditional Japanese ingredients to pair with each type of fish. The light sear from the binchotan (Japanese bamboo charcoal) caramelizes the sauce, releasing a smoky aroma and bringing out the finest flavours in each piece of Aburi sushi.

Miku Restaurant is within walking distance from the Pan Pacific Hotel, Canada Place, Fly Over Canada, Cruise Ship Terminals and Sea Bus.
