I would put this rating somewhere between very good and excellent but came down on the side of excellent due to it being such good value. This is mainly a lunch venue with all outdoor seating and closes around 18:00. We ate just before they...More

Visited in August on a trip to Granville Island markets. Walk off the 'Island and turn right along the sea walk for five minutes. Well known 'take-away' for locals. There is outside seating and picnic tables. Very popular and usually a queue; try when quieter....More

My mom had the fish and chips and they were fabulous.. my sister in law and I each had the salmon and tuna tacos .. very disappointed.. very drippy, and the taste was overpowered by the thick doughy shell .

This is my favourite outdoor fish and chips in Vancouver. Sometimes there are long lineups, but it is worth it.

Our hotel included this place as an extra tip in its suggestions of things to do on Granville Island. It referenced international food bucket list. I agree. Well worth the small amount of extra steps to get to it. Welcoming, friendly, and excellent food. I...More

Halibut 2 pcs. with chips... shared with a friend on a sunny day! I wish they were licensed! I might have stayed all afternoon! It's pricey but a fun thing to do once in a while. I went down to the boat and bought spot...More

This was a great little spot on the harbour for lunch after the beach. The cute picnic style seating isn't very big so that could be a problem when busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with menu choices. The fish and chips as...More

WOW! I am surprised to hear that the service was rated as poor. I have only been three times but I live here and it's absolutely great food. It's basically a take-out wagon and they have a 45-60 minute line-up at peak times... More
