Idgies has great food but expensive for a dinner out! It has become our go to place for special occasions such as family birthdays. We have eaten there several times now & would be my No. 1 recommendation for Rossland.

Tasty upscale dining with pretty good service and tasty deserts. In the winter this place is cool, so dress warmly. There's a wonderful cozy atmosphere (yet cold) and they have a wonderful painting of a sea-side view in their washroom.

Was expecting better. Had the escargot in mushroom appy which was in a watery broth. Not quite the texture/favors I was hoping for. For my entree, I had the almond crusted sockeye salmon. Tho the menu says all fish is cooked to medium, my piece was quite overcooked and dry. It also had a weird white coating under the almonds... More

I have had the pleasure of eating at Idgies a few times. The salmon is always good and never dry. I have also had the House Pasta with and without Prawns. I like it anyway they serve it. Take your lactaid is your lactose intolerant.

Love this place for great food, service and an all round nice evening. A little on the pricier side, but definitely worth it for those special occasions.

Idgies offers a good selection of dishes, usually with one or more Asian offerings available too. All our meals were well prepared and tasty, with generous portions which meant we were not tempted to try their desserts. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a short and reasonably priced wine list. The décor and furniture are basic, with wooden... More

We were pleasantly surprised at the menu options and the pricing, not to mention the portion size will satisfy any hungry stomach. Was provided fresh bread with oil and balsamic dipping dish. The mussel appetizer which were done in a lightly spiced curry sauce were fantastic, especially for $13. The Duck Breast was perfectly cooked and flavourful @ $25 and... More

Really enjoy their pasta special night! Service is always great, food is amazing and the ambiance is perfect for a girls night or a intimate couples dinner.
