As a big city reviewer that lives in Vancouver (w/in 12-minutes of downtown) I was very pleasantly impressed with this community centre. Staff were very friendly and the pool was really well maintained and fun for both my 4 year old and 10 year old… plus, change rooms were really clean. Very central & easy to access location.

Kids really enjoyed the wave pool, slide and overall fun of swimming here. We adults relaxed and chatted while we watched over the kids having fun. Was a good day all around.

Fun, clean and well maintained pool in Duncan. Wave pool, 2 waterslides and a lazy river. A great place to take kids for the afternoon. Prices are reasonable.

One of the best places in Duncan to visit. Here you'll find the library, including a community room that hosts everything from children's programs to meditation; the Portals Art Space with its revolving offerings of a range of arts; the Cowichan Theatre, with not only live but recorded performances of just about everything, plus a revolving gallery in the foyer;... I like the manager of the aquatic centre as he helped me once with a problem I had in a professional manner. I also like the facilities as there is a gym with weights and cardio. This is a review for the lane swimmers out there, like me. When I have had a bad time at the Aquatic Centre it... More

I have season tickets to the Cowichan Capitals and the arena is very nice inside. The arena is small and loud so bring ear plugs for the little ones.

This is truly the centre of our community's sports and artistic activities. A large well equipped theatre accommodates the Victoria Symphony Orchestra, National Theatre Live Productions and numerous other productions. The Vancouver Island Library occupies a large space . The hockey arena and a new aquatic centre are major features as well as large halls for other sports and exhibitions.... More
