It has become the norm for us to go to Catch Oyster bar for dinner, before heading to the Theatre on Thursday nights. If you order before 6pm you can enjoy special pricing on some items. Regardless, the food is always excellent, as is the service.

Comfortable ambiance and a friendly reception. Service than became erratic and distracted. Wine prices were over-priced and with excessive mark-ups. Clam chowder was well received by one patron---too gluey by the other. Fish and chips----- Battered Ling cod was excellent--fries were over-cooked and tired. Coleslaw had a chemical after taste. Battered prawns starter --very good. Overall----We probably won't rush back!

Such a cool old building - the oyster bar is on the first floor with an open kitchen. The ambience is great. They serve ocean wise fish - indicating which menu items support sustained fishing as over fishing our oceans is a significant environmental threat. But - unfortunately the clam chowder while beautifully presented was tasteless -- we poured salt... More

We came for the Oysters and they were fantastic. Was very impressed with the selection of both West and East coast. The ambiance was fantastic, especially loved the open kitchen concept. The beer selection was also great. I will definitely be back and this is a must visit in my books!

I ordered the seafood platter, those oyster from west coast are awesome. The location is not that accessible. Better take public transportation to get there.

Not a restaurant that I would go to again. Servers were helpful and kind but food was disapointing:fish dish tasted like frozen fish, beans like canned beans, crab cakes no taste at all. Creme brûlée was tasty. Disapointing for 50+$(not includind drinks)

This restaurant is located in the Hyatt and I would totally recommend this place. This is the second time that I've been here and it definitely did not disappoint. We did make reservations for 630 and it wasn't very busy when we first got there, but shortly after, people started to pour in and it ended up being packed. if... More

I was looking forward to going here with 4 coworkers as it looked interesting and I was needing some seafood. It was a. Yay night and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. It took a good 5-10 minutes for someone to come by and take our drink order. We ordered some shrimp for an appetizer which arrived... More
