Went here for a friend's birthday. Service was first rate and food selections were interesting. Had the selection of 5 cheeses and they were delicious. Foie Gras Ravioli was great and halibut was just ok. Overall, a good bistro with good food.

So we came here after dinner for some drinks and ended up getting a cheese board. You can pick 3 cheeses for $15. It's a great date activity and with their drink selection you can't go wrong. The service was great, it's an awesome room, I'm kind of sad we didn't just come here for dinner, their menu was very... More

Went here for a birthday celebration but found it difficult to chat because of the surrounding noise. When a restaurant is so full why is there a need to play music so loudly? Everyone was talking loudly over the music - this is a nightmare particularly if you are with people with impaired hearing. Service was excellent - friendly without... More

Divino is a place for a relaxed evening out. Wine and informal bistro style food suits many tastes and both are very good at Divino. As a visitor to Calgary, it seems Calgarians like generously scaled spaces. This bistro is no different. Lots of room between tables and lots of space overall compared with what might find in Montreal, Toronto,... More

When in Calgary, this is my go-to. Spectacular wine list, diverse food options, knowledgable, professional staff. Leave your pretensions at the door and enjoy this diverse place for what it is - a gastronomical extravaganza! The perfect spot for a business meeting, a first date, a family affair, whatever you like. Definitely one of the best in the city.

Went to Divine Wine & Cheese Bistro on a business trip with my wife. Tried this place because we had enough BBQ the prior 3 days so we needed something different. This seemed to be nice little foodie place with a great atmosphere. The food was pretty standard for price considering the type of restaurant and the quality of the... More

We enjoyed a wonderful meal this evening at Divino. The mussels and frites were delicious as was the mushroom tart. Our mains were also excellent. Our waiter, Phil, gave us excellent service. He was particularly helpful in assisting with food choices for one person in our party with allergies. We would definitely return!

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. She had the mussels and frites which were really good and the duck she had was amazing. I had the foie gras ravioli to start and it was incredible. The lamb was really good to if you enjoy the flavour of lamb. The best part, we shared an unbelievable creme brûlée. Hands... More

Honestly think this was one of the best meals of my life. Felt like I was in a cafe in Paris. I listened to my server Josh who recommended the mussels and frites with Robola wine. Amazing. Definitely go here!!

There's many restaurants surrounding Divino, all with similar layout: long and skinny. Divino stood out though, their extensive wine list and reasonable prices seem to make it the ideal place to meet after work for a wind down and some decent food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes (see pics). Being a solo traveller at times,... More
