Well located restaurant attached to Hotel St Germain downtown in the shadow of the Calgary Tower. Good atmosphere and friendly staff but disappointing food. Try Cauliflower salad. Give the steak a miss.

Recently enjoyed lunch with my work group. Excellent service and great food. I had the prime rib sandwich. It was a generous serving size and came with a salad.

We’ve been to Charcut many times and we are getting tired of the so-so food. The quality is not what we are used to be! The olives and oysters are average the pasta pretty good but severed lukewarm. But the reason for the 3 stars...More
