Nice subtle spot off 1 ST SW. Place to enjoy a good fresh meal in a friendly clean environment. Emphasis on providing gluten free options is a real bonus. My coconut curry dish was flavorful but was served luke warm.

This is a great little place. I went here on a date and got to enjoy a great prawn noodle bowl and some local music. Wonder atmosphere and genuine service is something Cafe Koi offers for its guests.

Been there a couple of times and this time it was Jazz night. Had a Jazz quartet playing while dinning and once again we had a great time. Food was excellent. Try the Ginger Beef appetizer. Not your typical ginger beef. This is beef chunks...More
I visited Cafe Koi, a tiny little place in downtown Calgary, twice within a week in February and was unable to get a meal both times. The first time it was too late in the evening and the kitchen had shut down and the second...More
