For our 40th wedding anniversary we went to The Post for dinner. The meal was delicious and the service was superb! I had the Atlantic lobster in Chardonnay Beurre Blanc and my husband had the bison tenderloin. The lobster was tender and the sauce was divine! The bison tenderloin was cooked to perfection. A+/5 star service!

We popped in the breakfast, good coffee and the best pancakes we have ever been served. Definitely worth dropping in for breakfast before a day of hiking or skiing

Came across the Post Hotel on a 2 day visit to Lake Louise with my wife. Unfortunately we did not stay there but went for an evening meal. It turned out to be one of the best meals that either the wife or I have ever had. I had the Bison and my wife had Caribou. Appetisers and Deserts were... More

We discovered the Restaurant at the Post Hotel last year and are never disappointed. The service is always impeccable. The food is creative, very tasty and always done to perfection. In our recent visit, again the food was great. The Chef offered a Cream of Chardonnay Soup that was divine, and he kindly gave me the recipe. Alas, try as... More

Absolutely exquisite in every way. The food is wonderful and the service is very professional. It would be nice to include breakfast with the room. The decor is warm and inviting. The ice skating rink is magical with the Christmas lights and falling snow. Scenery is spectacular . The staff is attentive and helpful. The Town of Lake Louise is nothing... More

The experience all in all is one of the best. A bit pricy however worth every single penny. We went for the experience that you get to sample a bit of everything and definitely had us in awe. Would definitely recommend it!!

10 years ago we celebrated getting engaged here. Atmosphere still perfect for a relaxed fine dining experience. Veal medallions were great as was the cheese plate, the latter being more important due to the amazing wine list you need to pair food with. Will be back again I'm sure.

Ate in the main restaurant once during our stay. It is expensive, but the food is outstanding, the service excellent, and the wine list extensive! We had the blackened cod and it is one of the best dishes I've had in a long time!

Elegant, charming and comfortable, this place can't be beat. The formal restaurant and the more casual Pub were excellent. The afternoon tea in the lobby was done to perfection. I can't wait to go back!
