Enjoyed staying st Baker Creek Mtn resort on our last nite in Banff national park. This was their only on site to eat. We both had steak, mashed potatoes, mushrooms. Must say the food was great. Just a nice rustic room, quite chilly (fireplace in use) for a Ruth's Chris price. Great room, view, setting. Dinner shouldn't have cost as... More

We discovered this little gem hidden in the woods between Banff and Lake Louise. We decided to have dinner here and it was delightful. I ordered a salad and scallops. Both were very fresh and thoroughly enjoyable. My wife ordered the "soup of the moment" which turned out to be potato and beer and she said it had a very... More

I was in the area for the day and needed a place to eat dinner when I remembered Baker Creek. I'd has lunch there a few years ago, and enjoyed it. I hoped dinner would be as good. I wasn't disappointed. The ambience of an open fire in the fireplace greeted me as I opened the door. Much to my... More

I arranged for a group of 26 executives to eat dinner at Baker Creek after a day of sightseeing. One of the executives said that Baker Creek was the best part of the experience! The menu was prearranged for a three course meal for $55 CAD per person. Ask for Michael Boone. He will take good care of your group.

We spent four nights at Baker's Creek in early April and had our most spectacular dining experience at The Bistro. Michael is a memorable host whose warmth and hospitality is exceptional. We had three meals here during our stay because we loved it so much. Even after a lovely meal at the Fairmont Hotel and drinks at The Post Hotel,... More

Being local to Lake Louise it was so lovely to get away from the usual restaurants in the area and take a short drive down the 1A to Bakers Creek. Cecile was a fabulous server and everybody at our table were super impressed by the food and bev options! With myself being vegan - the chef, Tracy, was more than... More

Loved every minute of food and drink. The chef does a spectacular job with all kinds of amazing flavours mixed together to tempt your tastebuds. Vegetarian casserole was such great flavours. Bison brisket & pork loin were both so tender and tasty. The first time we had no room for dessert but made sure we did the next time and... More

WOW! These guys sure know what's up, the food was absolutely spectacular! So much flavour and creativity! We loved every minute of both our meals at the Cabin Cafe. The waitress and chef that run the restaurant are so friendly and professional. What a delight!

We had a great meal by the fireplace on a very cold night. Very friendly staff. Don't let the distance from Lake Louise (13km) scare you off. Take the Bow Valley Parkway and just keep driving.
